DOBE SURROUNDED BY ACHIEVERS will not ship any orders until they have verified that payment has been made. We strive to ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving payment. Shipping and delivery times may vary depending on the destination and geographic location of the customer. Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. We are not responsible for any delays or problems that may occur during shipping or delivery.

DOBE SURROUNDED BY ACHIEVERS will not assume any responsibility when the delivery of the article does not take place, because the data provided by the user is false, inaccurate or incomplete.

The prices published in the store do not include shipping costs that will be calculated at the time of saving the basket or budget, since they are calculated by the delivery address.

Balearic Islands: €8.00

• Returns & Exchanges

If the product you have received does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. The product must be in its original and unused condition. If you have received a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately so that we can remedy the problem.

Returns of underwear items or any item that has been used or is returned damaged will not proceed.

If the change is required after sending said order, the client will bear the costs of the change.

Any change or return must be communicated to the brand, by email to info@shopdobebrand.com, indicating the corresponding invoice or order number.
